Who this policy applies to
This policy covers vivianops.com, operated by VivianOps LLC, a Missouri limited liability company. It does not cover the services we deliver to clients — those are governed by the separate engagement agreement we sign with each client, which includes its own confidentiality and data-handling terms.
Information we collect through the website
None. The website has no forms, no account system, no newsletter signup, and no interactive features that capture input. Nothing you do on this site is stored by us, because there is nothing to store.
Cookies and tracking
We do not set cookies. We do not run analytics of any kind — no Google Analytics, no Plausible, no Fathom, no self-hosted analytics. We do not load third-party scripts, fonts, images, or iframes. Everything that renders in your browser comes from our own servers.
When you email us
If you email contact@, security@, or sales@vivianops.com, we receive your email. We keep correspondence long enough to handle what you wrote about and refer back to it for ongoing work. Email is stored through our email provider and is accessible only to the three of us at VivianOps. We do not share your correspondence with anyone outside the company, and we do not use it for marketing, lead scoring, or resale.
Hosting and server logs
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like essentially every website on the internet, the hosting platform may log basic request data — IP addresses, timestamps, browser type, the page you requested — as part of standard web-hosting operations (security, abuse prevention, service reliability). Those logs are handled by Cloudflare under their own privacy policy, which we do not control. We do not export, review, or use Cloudflare’s logs for analytics or marketing.
Third parties
We do not sell data. We do not share data with advertising partners or data brokers. We have no data to sell or share. The only third party meaningfully involved in delivering this site is our hosting provider (Cloudflare), and their role is the same one any host plays for any website.
Children
This site is directed at business audiences. It is not designed for, and we do not knowingly collect information from, children under 13.
Your choices
If you have emailed us and want that correspondence deleted, write to us through the Contact page and we will remove it from our inboxes and archives. If you do not want Cloudflare to see your IP address when you visit vivianops.com, that is a choice between you and your browser or VPN — not something we can do on your behalf.
Changes to this policy
If we meaningfully change this policy, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of the page. The full revision history is in our public repository on GitHub, so previous versions remain available.
